We understand that sometimes life happens and appointments need to be changed. Our aim is to provide high-quality care to all patients in a timely manner. As appointment times are in high demand, late cancellations and non-attendance limit access for other patients. Providing adequate notice allows us to offer your appointment to someone else.
Please read the following policy carefully.
To avoid a cancellation fee, we require at least two (2) business days’ notice.
Example:
If your appointment is scheduled for 9:00 am on a Thursday, you must notify us by 9:00 am on the preceding Friday.
