We understand that life sometimes gets in the way and appointments need to change. Our aim is to provide high-quality care to all patients in a timely manner. Appointment times are in high demand, and late cancellations or non-attendance limit access for other patients. Giving us adequate notice allows us to offer your appointment to someone else.

How to cancel or change your appointment - For ongoing appointments only
To avoid a cancellation fee, we require at least two (2) business days' notice.
Example: If your appointment is scheduled for 9:00 am on a Thursday, you must notify us by 9:00 am on the preceding Friday.

Please note: any cancellation made after 5:00 pm on a business day (or on a day we are closed) will be treated as having occurred on the next business day.

Refund policy - For initial appointments only
If you no longer require your initial appointment and cancel with at least four (4) weeks' notice, your deposit will be refunded in full. Deposits for initial appointments cancelled with less than four weeks' notice are non-refundable.
