Please allow up to two weeks for it to be processed. Also, as each country has different legal requirements for medications, including stimulants, make sure you are aware of them.
You must take full responsibility for the medications you take in any country.
Often, these are found by visiting Smart Traveller https://www.smartraveller.gov.au/before-you-go/health/medications
Or ask the local embassy or consulate of the country you wish to visit.
In addition to requiring a travel letter, many countries will generally require the following;
Medications are to be in original packaging.
Take the minimum amount of medication you require while considering travel delays.
Be aware that if you have the medication on your person, you may need to declare it if you are transiting through an airport.
Indonesia has strict laws around drugs, including prescription medication. See Smart Traveller information under "Health" https://www.smartraveller.gov.au/destinations/asia/indonesia and the
Indonesian Embassy https://bcngurahrai.beacukai.go.id/barang-bawaan-penumpang/
You will likely need to get it signed off by the Indonesian Consulate and then declare the medication on arrival to ensure you comply with local laws and regulations.
We always recommend you follow these rules!
